Bill Rosacker serves as the Mayor of Newberg, Oregon, elected in 2022. His leadership is grounded in decades of hands-on experience, deep local roots, and a commitment to strengthening the fabric of the community he calls home.

A Lifetime in Newberg

Raised on a rural 10‑acre property outside Newberg, Bill grew up with a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the people and land of Oregon’s wine country. His connection to Newberg is personal, long-standing, and central to his public service.

Entrepreneur & Builder

Since 1997, Bill has owned and operated BQC LLC, a residential construction company known for reliability, craftsmanship, and community trust. Alongside his wife, Rhonda Rosacker, he has built BQC into a respected local business with a reputation for quality and integrity.

Champion for Non-Subsidized Supportive Housing

Bill also serves as President of the SPARK Newberg Board, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supportive housing solutions. His work with SPARK reflects his belief that strong communities are built when everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Family & Values

Bill is a husband, father, and grandfather. His son Kyle works as a software engineer, is married, and is father to Bill’s one year old grandson. Bill’s daughter is a nurse practitioner with a 19 month old son and a daughter on the way. Family remains a central anchor in Bill’s life and leadership.
